Robert J. Ford


Bob holds responsibility for Sales and Service and has the primary accountability for Operations and Installation. Bob has been in the HVAC business since 1979, starting as an installer and technician. He has grown in the business because he has a unique aptitude for understanding the spatial and design requirements of a building's systems and for creating the ductwork to fulfill those requirements. Bob believes that satisfying the customer is the key to any successful business and often says that just getting the job done is only half the job.

Bobby Ford

Maintenance & Installation Technician

Bob’s son, has worked for his dad since being in high school. He has been learning all the aspects of the business.

Mark Sargalski

Installation Specialist & Lead Mechanic

Mark earned a degree from Lincoln Technical Institute in HVAC as well as Electrical Components Certifications. He is our lead guy, being with CarrFord for 20 years, he specializes in sheet metal fabrication, designing duct systems, installation of heating, air conditioning, boilers, hot water heaters, and radiators, and radiant heat.

Installation Technician

Only with us a year, Carl has proven himself to be a valued member of our team. Working on installations and service calls, wherever and whenever needed.

Bruce Stainker

Installation & Service Technician

They say “What goes around, comes around”, that’s what Bruce has done. He worked for CarrFord years ago, moved on to other ventures, but now is back with us and has become a valuable asset to the company. Bruce too, makes duct work, installs heating, air conditioning, boiler, & hot water heaters, does service and can do maintenance when needed.

For 17 years now, when you call, hers is the voice that answers, she is the first line of contact and the heart of the CarrFord customer care initiative. She is recognized both within CarrFord and by our customers for her excellent customer relations skills, dedicating herself to ensuring that every customer who calls has a satisfying experience.
